Felicity Smoak: I literally walked in here. You have... you have no security, you have no alarms, you have nothing on your door. You guys might want to consider something, anything at all.

Joe West: Security guard found him here this morning. We haven't IDed him yet. His personal effects are scattered everywhere, so we didn't find his wallet. But we may find it when we find the rest of his briefcase... and his missing hand.
Barry Allen: Well, judging by that avulsion and the claw marks, I'd say a large predatory animal did this. But whatever it was would have to have four-inch canines, a bite force of 5,000 PSI, and weigh over a ton. That animal doesn't exist.
Joe West: What the hell did this?

Barry Allen: Ouch. All-nighter, huh?
Caitlin Snow: I haven't been this tired since Killer Frost decided to go to Burning Man.

Barry Allen: What about vibing the rest of the bus passengers?
Cisco Ramon: I mean, I-I tried, but, you know, the... the dark matter we released was such a massive space-time event that my energy just reflected back and I ended up vibing myself. I'm pretty sure I relived my own birth. Or was that my death?

Barry Allen: How was Blue Valley?
Wally West: Oh. Self-reflection and a battle with a starfish from outer space gives you perspective.

Barry Allen: There's something I need to tell you. I confronted DeVoe.
Joe West: Oh, come on, Barry. He could get you arrested!
Barry Allen: No, he won't. He wanted me to come.
Caitlin Snow: How do you know?
Barry Allen: Well, for starters, he knows I'm the Flash.

Barry Allen: It's his powers. He has an intelligence beyond anything we could've imagined. He's orchestrated everything that we've encountered. He's moved us like chess pieces in a game we didn't even know we were playing.
Iris West: How do we stop someone who has super intelligence?
Cisco Ramon: We're pretty smart.
Dr. Harry Wells: Maybe we're not.

Leo Snart: In ten minutes, Red Tornado's gonna bring down this entire facility, and there's nothing we can do to stop that robot.
Oliver Queen: Then we need to reopen the gateway before that happens. Barry, Ray...
Barry Allen: We know. Stop a flying robot somehow.
Oliver Queen: Good. The rest of us will open the breach.
Leo Snart: That's the whole plan?
Barry Allen: Well, as a Snart we know use to say, "Make a plan. Execute the plan. Expect the plan to go off the rails. Throw away the plan."
Leo Snart: Wow. That is... that is terrible advice. I always have a plan, down to the second, so nothing never goes wrong.

Iris West-Allen: This is, like, a lifetime supply of store credit. Why would Rory think that we needed forty toasters?
Barry Allen: He said that there was some kind of fire sale.
Iris West-Allen: He stole them.
Barry Allen: He definitely stole them.

I saw up close what DeVoe did to Becky. To all of them. They... and I... I couldn't do anything except just stand and watch it happen. DeVoe is ruthless. He is not gonna stop until he's taken her powers and her life. He's not gonna go easy on her, so neither can I.

Barry Allen: Has anyone seen Ralph today?
Caitlin Snow: No, he's downstairs moving in. He is very nervous.
Dr. Harry Wells: I don't know why.
Cisco Ramon: I don't know why, either. He's a superhero. People with powers are ready for anything.

The Flash: I lost my speed.
Joe West: What do you mean you lost your speed?
Iris West-Allen: Uh, guys, I think I found it.

Null: Didn't see that coming.
The Flash: It's kind of the point.

Barry Allen: What?
Iris West-Allen: Nothing. It's just... you went out into the field, you had a plan, and... it didn't work.
Barry Allen: But they do for DeVoe. Harry's not wrong. DeVoe's gone over every possible outcome before making his plans.
Iris West-Allen: Which we can't do, and neither can Harry.
Barry Allen: Well, then what are we supposed to do? I mean, you just want us to ad-lib like Ralph wants us to?
Iris West-Allen: Barry, you didn't see it, but when you were gone, Ralph rose to the occasion. He cracked jokes. He thought outside the box. I mean, he got the job done in the way that he knows how. So, the question is, are you upset with Ralph because you think he's screwing around or because he's not following your plan?

The Flash: We need your help on our Earth.
Leo Snart: Right now? I'm kinda busy.

Joe West: What would DeVoe be doing with a solar panel?

And the only thing anyone about what was in the vault was that it was some sort of secretive technology. Also, security guard here was a 24 year old, apparently shot himself.

Joe West: He was newly married. Has an infant at home. This is smelling like some meta madness to me.

Barry Allen: Dark matter that he can siphon off S.T.A.R. Labs to use to infect the world. Harry was his guinea pig. He knew if he could reboot Harry's brain, he could reboot everyone's. What about Gideon, could she hack into the satellites?

I used to think that keeping secrets from people for their own good was a noble decision, that it would protect them. But when you do that, you just rob those people from making their own decisions.

Barry Allen: No. I'm not ready to tell Iris. I'm not ready to tell anyone. I found out what really happened to the Speed Force. It died because of what I did in Crisis. I took the Spectre's energy so I could enter the Speed Force. His energy started a meltdown, and now it's gone, Wally... For good because of what I did.
Wally West: You were trying to save the universe. Any hero would have made that call. I would've made that call.

Barry Allen: Yep. You're helio-kinetic. So without the sunlight, you're just an ordinary thief. Limits suck, don't they?

Pied Piper: Yeah, don't mention it. You won another battle against some speed freak, and I lost everything.

I'm getting faster, faster than I've ever been, and I wonder if it's because lately something's chasing me. I know what it is that's stalking me. It's my past. It's getting closer, and as fast as I am, I can't help but feel like my past has almost caught up with me.

Iris West: So are you gonna do it?
Barry Allen: It's just so... huge. It's the biggest decision of my life, and if I'm wrong, I can't undo it.
Iris West: Why would you want to? I mean, you'd get to see your mom again, your dad, have a great career, even get married. Iris West-Allen, huh? I never really thought of myself as a hyphenator. Must be a 2024 thing.

Iris West: People just want to thank the man who saved Central City.
Barry Allen: Well they can't, 'cause that's not me. You should know that better than anyone.

Sometimes great possibilities are right in front of us and we don't see them because we choose not to. I think that we need to be open to exploring something new.

Sometimes the only way to move forward is to revisit the things in your past that were holding you back. You have to deal with them head on, no matter how scary they may be, because, once you do, you'll see that you can go further than you ever imagined.

Hunter Zolomon: I told you family was a weakness. You feel the anger, don't you, Flash? And now... the two of us ARE the same.
Barry Allen: No! No!

Caitlin Snow: It suits you.

Barry Allen: You're welcome, Flash.
Jay Garrick: Now all I have to do is find my way home.

Cisco Ramon: Uh-huh. Well, I can get you to Earth-2.
Dr. Harry Wells: My daughter and I can help you with the rest.
Jesse Wells: We can?

I'm just catching up on all the TV I missed while I was stuck in the Speed Force. When you've been gone six months, the world is a minefield of spoilers. But Cisco hooked me up with a 1000-times sped up version of my favorite shows. Aw, Jon Snow died. Oh, he's alive!

Iris West: What's this?
Barry Allen: A restraining order. I have to stay 500 feet away from Clifford DeVoe.
Iris West: And are you going to?
Iris West: Barry, this is not you. You've got to stop.
Barry Allen: I can't.
Iris West: You can't or you won't?
Barry Allen: I don't know anymore. I've faced a lot of bad guys, people that would hurt the ones that I love, destroy everything good in the world and think nothing of it, but this guy, he feels more dangerous than all the others combined. And we still barely know anything about him. It scares the hell out of me, Iris.

Becky Sharpe: Using my powers just hurt those around me. My good luck just jinxed everyone else. You know, you seem to really care about people - not like the type of person who'd take someone's life.
Barry Allen: I didn't kill that teacher. I wouldn't take a life. You know, not every meta uses their powers to hurt people. Some use to help others, to protect people. Our powers don't decide who we are. We do.

Barry Allen: Has anyone seen Ralph today?
Caitlin Snow: No, he's downstairs moving in. He is very nervous.
Dr. Harry Wells: I don't know why.
Cisco Ramon: I don't know why, either. He's a superhero. People with powers are ready for anything.

Caitlin Snow: I whipped up this cocktail of atomized DTPA and potassium iodide. It should flood our thyroids with enough non-radioactive iodine so that if our containment suit doesn't work, it should offer us some protection from radiation.
Leo Snart: Some protection. How vaguely reassuring.

Clifford DeVoe: Did I teach you nothing this year? Has nothing pierced your thick cowl? Think of it. Or rather don't. You'll just end up hurting yourself, so let me explain. A world enlightened. Within a day, all soldiers will lay down their arms. Every nuclear weapon will be disarmed within six months. Poverty, famine, disease - eradicated. We will clean up the streets. People will put down their idiot phones and become curious again, and I will be there to teach them. *I* - not you - will save this godforsaken world.
The Flash: No, you'll just control it. You want to take away free will.
Clifford DeVoe: A pittance for humanity to pay to know peace.
The Flash: But we won't know each other. Parents wouldn't remember their kids. Husbands won't remember their wives.
Clifford DeVoe: Good. You hit upon precisely the point. Emotion is the father of all error. Chemicals in our brain that distract us, impede progress. And the most destructive and ridiculous imbalance of all is that thing you feebles call love. I learned this from experience, Mr. Allen. And soon... you will too.

Barry Allen: I think I understand how you're feeling. Sometimes our powers are so extraordinary, it makes our mistakes feel amplified, especially guilt.
Nora West-Allen: But I should feel guilty. I've never messed up this badly before, and I can't stop thinking about it.
Barry Allen: That's just 'cause you care. It's okay, it's a good thing. But... Nora, if every time you make a mistake, you just rush in to fix it, you're only gonna make things worse. Trust me, I know that better than anyone. You just gotta have a little more patience. Take a moment, think before you act, fix the problem the right way.

But secrets are like walls, and... you can't really know someone with walls between you.

Barry Allen: I've got a cold spike.
Sherloque Wells: That's quite a stack of needles.

XS: You still don't trust me.
Barry Allen: Nora, trust takes time.
XS: Then what's to stop you from sending me back the next time you get pissed at me? Nothing. Because you've given up on me again. Given up on me like you do every time!
Barry Allen: Nora, what are you doing?
XS: You know, I came back here to meet you. And the second I got here, you started pushing me away. And then you left me in the future. You just dumped me in the middle of the street and walked away!

Ralph Dibny: All right, so, this is the original timeline with the original Cicada, David Hersch. This is the night of the Enlightenment, when Nora interfered with the satellite, giving us our Cicada, Orlin Dwyer. That's also the same night that Grace goes into a coma. This is where it gets complicated. At some point in the future, Grace wakes up, she becomes her own full-fledged Cicada. She goes bac in time, she kills her Uncle with his own dagger. What happens to all the metas that Dwyer killed? Do they get un-killed? What about all the meta that Grace killed in the future? What did she kill them with? And most importantly, what happens in the timeline where Grace never killed Dwyer. Something doesn't add up.
Barry Allen: You might be right. But right now, there won't be any future for any metas if we don't get rid of that dagger. Now. This is our last chance. We have to figure out how to find Grace. Or we lose everyone.

Iris West-Allen: Do you think we made the right decision leaving Nora out of this? I mean, the whole reason she came back was to fight Cicada in the first place.
Barry Allen: We're her parents, all right? It's our job to protect her from harm. The best way to do that is just to keep her far away from it.

Kamilla Hwang: What if she used the Photon rifle to focus them?
Cisco Ramon: Good thinking, maybe the reflector chip could condense her UV photon emissions.
Kamilla Hwang: The rifle is the weapon.
Cisco Ramon: No, she's the ammunition.
Allegra Garcia: So Black Hole turned her into some kind of evil light doctor.
